Movies at the Landing Vendor Registration (1 movie)

Movies at the Landing Guidelines (all vendors must be pre-approved by the Downtown FWB Organization, Inc. Board Members – email events.downtownfwb@gmail.com for info)

1) If you plan to sell or charge anything to movie-goers your cost will be $15 per week
-Must be paid in advance by conveniently paying online at:
http://shop.downtownfwb.com/ (add Movies at the Landing Vendor Registration
to your cart and checkout)

2) There will be NO CHARGE to vendors ONLY IF they’re GIVING AWAY
food/prizes/bouncing/safety info/brochures for FREE!

3) Vendors must be set up and ready to go by 6:45 pm at the very latest (15
minutes prior to the 7:00 pm Movie Trivia activity)

4) Vendors must keep in mind that while the movie is showing, there will be
very limited lighting in the Landing Park.  If you plan to sell or give away
anything during the showing, you must have a battery-operated light or a
light with a long extension cord.

5) There will be NO extraneous noise or light interference allowed during
the movie showing and Movie Trivia – NO DISRUPTIONS to the Movie!

6) Vendors must supply, set-up and breakdown their own Tent (if desired),
tables, licensing (if applicable) etc., and vendors must clean up their
areas

7) Vendors must reply to this e-mail with their event plan and sign
off/agree to these conditions
